Vulcan Business Solutions was established in 1992 when entrepreneurs Warren Campbell and Carlos Diaz merged their existing technology companies together.


Friends since high school, Campbell and Diaz found themselves drawn to technology from the beginning of their career history. Having accumulated a wealth of technical management and implementation experience at a corporate level, the two partners aimed to bring Fortune 500 business IT operations and expertise to modest-size companies on a smaller scale. Exceptional IT standards and quality technical systems would now be affordable for other entrepreneurs.


Warren Campbell

Partner, Co-Founder

With more than 19 years of technology and technical experience, Campbell's primary responsibilities include: installation and support of network systems; user management and support through terminal services and group policies; client consulting and project management planning; migration, data recovery service and client support, among others.

Prior to founding Vulcan Business Solutions, Campbell served as integration team lead with Chase Manhattan Bank; technical architect for Verizon; CEO/director of Bequia Technology Center LTD and Access Granted, Inc.'s Chief Technology Officer.

Campbell holds a bachelor's degree in electronic engineering technology and is a Certified Novell Engineer (CNE), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), and experienced in more than 40 applications, utilities and systems.

A veteran of the U.S.M.C., Campbell is a member of the Marine Corps League and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Carlos Diaz

Partner, Co-Founder

Offering more than 15 years of complex technology systems and networks in a wide range of industries, Diaz provides strategic, technical and operation expertise and leadership to Vulcan Business Solutions. Diaz focuses on rebuilding, strengthening and expanding IT competencies through internal support, as well as development and acquisition of new clients.

Equipped with high standards of excellence, superior problem-solving skills and negotiating skills, Diaz uses a results-oriented approach to managing client projects and deliverables. Establishing realistic and measurable goals, but remaining pliable when necessary, makes him a critical component to the success of both Vulcan Business Solutions and its clients.

Highlights from Diaz's career history include working as a support technician for JP Morgan; serving as information systems manager for WinStar Communications; operating as system engineer for Time; acting as systems design engineer for Manchester Technologies; and acting as network analyst for Chemical/Chase Bank Corporation.

With a degree in electro-mechanical technology, Diaz also holds certifications as a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA), Cisco IP Telephony, Certified Novell Administrator (CNA), CompTIA A+, and Compaq Storage-Works.

A participant in Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm, Diaz proudly served in the U.S.M.C. and is also a member of Rotary Club International chapter in Southeastern Queens, New York.
